Multiple 10Gbps USB Interfaces for 3D Camera Integration
The BOXER-8642AI features eight independent USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports at 10Gbps, supporting up to six Intel® RealSense™ D405 3D cameras for 1280 x 720 depth resolution at 30fps. This high bandwidth ensures stable, high-quality image acquisition for smart checkouts, enabling accurate AI tasks like product recognition through enhanced image and video transmission.
Depth-Sensing Technology for Pinpoint Accuracy
Able to leverage the depth-sensing technology and high frame rates of connected 3D cameras alongside the sophisticated object classification capabilities granted by 275 TOPS of AI performance courtesy of the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ module, the BOXER-8642AI can accurately identify specific items being scanned at self-checkouts and perform cost calculations to deliver a truly frictionless customer experience.
Designed to Eliminate Smart Retail Pain Points
With a power input range of 12V to 24V and wide -25°C and 55°C temperature tolerance, the BOXER-8642AI is suitable for around-the-clock operation in various retail environments, even when encountering temperature and power supply fluctuations. Moreover, the device’s USB signals can withstand continuous on/off cycling while maintaining a drop-rate of less than 0.1% as a result of AAEON’s expert design and rigorous testing procedures.
